Online bidding will resume at 10:00 AM on January 24th at the commencement of the live auction and will run simultaneously. This farm will be sold “As-is where-is”. Arrowhead Land Auctions will be treating the Seller as a client and any Buyers as a customer. The highest bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement immediately at the end of the auction and a non-refundable earnest deposit of 10% of the purchase price shall be made payable to Schacht Abstract & Title Co., L.L.C. in the form of personal check, cashier’s check, or wire transfer where it will be held in a trust account until closing. Closing to be on or before February 28, 2025. This sale is not contingent upon financing.
In case of inclement weather, the auction shall be postponed to January 28th, 2025 at 10:00 at the Neligh American Legion and online bidding shall be extended.
